DON’T CALL THEM NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

Hurry hurry has no blessing. I wonder how many use that phrase these days. When the year begins everyone is always in a hurry to achieve their one million resolutions. When it gets to somewhere along the way they are too tired or confused on what to achieve first. Never be in a hurry, take it a day at a time. Whatever you achieve cross it out. Resolutions can never be achieved alone at times. You need a motivating factor. What better than someone you can trust with your life. People around us will always be our reason for downfall or success. Choose who you tell your resolutions. Ensure that your positive mates are always the first to tell your moves.
If you set to do something then always make sure you achieve it. if you achieve it, never forget to reward yourself. if you are planning on hitting the gym to lose weigh plan on a perfect diet and workout schedule. if you succeed in it have a cheat meals day to reward your body for the hard work.
DO NOT EVER GIVE UP
I hope that you take this as a threat, a friendly threat. If you ever give up on your plans and dreams then there is no reason to live. But why give up while you have the life and strength to achieve. Planning and focus will ensure you never give up. Always remember you are the driver of your destiny.
