Coke Studio Africa is a Music Television Series produced by the Coca-Cola Company. It features live studio-recorded music performances by various artists from different genres, eras and regions. The purpose of Coke Studio is to reinvent the way music can capture the spirit of a nation, opening hearts and minds, and of course, Happiness.

During the launch, Coca-Cola held an exclusive event at Film Studios in Nairobi on Wednesday night. The theme for this season is AFRICAN COLLABORATIONS, GREAT FUSIONS. Each episode this year will feature live musical performances as well as a variety of segments such as behind the music, artist competitions, challenges and special remixes.

1. From Kenya: Fena Gitu, Rabbit, Victoria Kimani and Jay A
2. From Uganda: Navio, Jackie Chandiru and Lillian Mbabazi
3. From Tanzania: Joh Makini, Shaa, Diamond and Vanessa Mdee
4. From Nigeria: Flavour Nabania, Omawumi, Waje, Burna Boy, Chidinma, Olamide, Iyanya, Seyi Shay, Yemi Alade and Phyno
5. From Mozambique: Neyma, Jose Valdemiro and Marllen.

There is also the introduction of the mysterious Unknown DJ who brings some intrigue to the show.
