Octopizzo can breathe easy after he was cleared from the case of murder accusation against him. This is after Kenneth Abom, a Strathmore University student was pronounced dead on Saturday 19th 2019 with claims that Octopizzo had killed him.

The student is said to have broke into Octopizzo’s house in Woodley estate. Octopizzo is stated to have chased the boy out of his house with a machete according to the neighbours. The boy ran home with a blood stained shirt and his parents claimed he had a cut on his head.

Kenneth was confirmed dead after jumping from the fourth floor of the apartments the family lived. A post-mortem test was carried out and results show that the boy actually died from severe injuries from the fall. Fractures of the limbs, abdomen and head were among those that were shown in the test.

Octopizzo ha since then been under the radar but came out to thank all his fans for their support during the hard times.
